My neighbors son was born with a deformed ears. The other day I was talking to my neighbor and was asking her if she was tired of his ears not looking normal. I told her that I would do some research for her cause she has been busy with her son.
So I went home and did some research for her in finding a plastic surgeon who could help her sons self confidence come back.  A week later after i did research I told her that I found this surgeon in Beverly Hills,California. So we called and made the first appointment and was able to get his concerns and the question about the procedure. He was also was able to see before and after pictures of the Otoplasty (ear surgery).
Five months later he looks great and his ear looks great. He now has his self confidence back. He is happy with the results.
